Founded in Darien by a family that understands the complexity of managing a home firsthand.
Maywood Concierge was built out of our own experience as homeowners here in Darien. After years of renovating and maintaining homes — managing vendors, trying to determine who to trust and what actually needed to be done — we saw firsthand how quickly it all becomes a second job.
Drawing on decades of experience in construction and real estate, we built Maywood to apply those lessons — helping our neighbors manage their homes with less stress, better decisions, and full confidence in how things are handled.
Today, Maywood serves as both a home management partner and a licensed general contractor. Whether it's coordinating seasonal maintenance, vetting a vendor recommendation, or overseeing a renovation, we take responsibility for the outcome.
Because managing a home shouldn't feel like a second job.
The Maywood team also operates Maywood Construction Management, providing full-scope project oversight for renovations, additions, and capital projects in Fairfield County.
